For their outstanding paper "Smart PCB's Manufacturing Technologies" Tomas Löher, Alexander Neumann, Lars Böttcher, Barbara Pahl, Andreas Ostmann, Rolf Aschenbrenner and Herbert Reichl received the Philips Best Paper Award 2005 at the ICEPT 2005.
