Fraunhofer IZM scientist Lars Böttcher took home the Best International Paper Award at SMTA International 2012 in Orlando, Florida. Böttcher and his colleagues Dion Manessis, Stefan Karaszkiewicz and Andreas Ostmann received the award for their paper “Development of Embedded Power Electronics Modules for Automotive Applications”.
