This year’s edition of the European 3D & Systems Summit will continue to explore the most relevant and advanced topics related to the 3D packaging roadmaps, heterogeneous integration and system-In-package (SiP) manufacturing.

Fraunhofer IZM will be presenting the state-of-the-art in 3D integration. M. Juergen Wolf, department head at Fraunhofer IZM and head of IZM-ASSID, will give a talk on "Key Enabler for Edge & Tiny AI – Neuromorphic Computing and Heterogeneous Integration" together with Dr. Wenke Weinreich (Fraunhofer IPMS – CNT) on September 3, starting at 12:55 pm.
